Provisioner and Boards ("Provisioner and Boards," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides restaurant consulting, retail, and catering services to clients and customers primarily located in Volusia County, Florida, and the surrounding area. We respect the privacy of everyone who visits our website, engages our consulting services, shops with us at retail, or books catering through us, and we are committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains our practices for personal information we collect through our website, in person at our office or retail location, over the phone, by email, through catering and event bookings, and in connection with our consulting engagements. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services, and contact us with any questions or concerns.

This Policy applies to:

• Prospective and current restaurant consulting clients, including owners, operators, and staff we work with during an engagement;
• Retail customers who purchase products, cookware, small wares, pantry goods, or gift items from us in person or online;
• Catering clients, event hosts, and their guests for whom we collect information to plan, prepare, and deliver catering services;
• Visitors to our website and subscribers to our newsletters or marketing communications; and
• Vendors, referral partners, and job applicants, to the extent we collect personal information from them in the course of business.

We collect information you give us directly, which may include:

• Contact details: name, mailing address, email address, and phone number;
• Business information: restaurant or business name, role, concept details, financial or operational information you share for purposes of a consulting engagement;
• Order and transaction details: items purchased, catering menu selections, guest counts, delivery or pickup instructions, and event dates and locations;
• Payment information: billing address and payment card details, processed through our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers on our own systems);
• Dietary and health-related preferences: food allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions you or your guests share with us so we can safely plan a catering order or menu; and
• Any other information you choose to provide, such as through inquiry forms, consultations, surveys, or correspondence with our team.

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, and the dates and times of your visits. We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for this purpose, as described in Section 8 below.

We may receive information about you from third parties who assist us in operating our business, such as our point-of-sale and e-commerce platform, our payment processor, our scheduling and consulting-management tools, email marketing platforms, and, where applicable, referral partners in the hospitality industry.

• Provide, deliver, and manage our consulting, retail, and catering services, including preparing proposals, staffing engagements, fulfilling orders, and coordinating events;

• Accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies for catering orders and events;

We use third-party payment processors to handle credit card and other electronic payment transactions for retail purchases, catering orders, and consulting invoices. Those processors collect and process your payment information directly in accordance with applicable payment card industry (PCI DSS) standards and their own privacy policies. We recommend you review the privacy policy of any payment processor used at checkout. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our internal systems.

Because food safety is central to our catering work, we may ask you to share dietary restrictions, food allergies, or other guest preferences in connection with a booking. We use this information solely to plan safe, accurate menus and to communicate relevant details to our kitchen and event staff. We limit access to this information to the personnel who need it to prepare and serve your order, and we do not use it for any unrelated purpose, such as advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, point-of-sale and e-commerce hosting, email delivery, accounting, and IT support, under obligations to protect your information;
• Event and delivery partners: with staffing, rental, or delivery partners as needed to fulfill a specific catering or event order;
• Legal and safety reasons: to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Provisioner and Boards, our clients, or others;
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections; and
• With your direction or consent: when you ask us to share information with a specific third party, such as a co-host of your event.

Our website may use cookies and similar tools to remember preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and support basic site functionality and analytics. You can set your browser to refuse some or all browser cookies or to alert you when a website sets or accesses cookies. If you disable cookies, some parts of our website may not function properly. Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services you have requested, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the nature of our relationship with you; for example, consulting-engagement records and invoices are generally retained for the period required by applicable Florida record-keeping and tax laws.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, consistent with the requirements of the Florida Information Protection Act. These safeguards include restricting access to personal information to personnel who need it to perform their job duties and relying on payment processors that maintain industry-standard security certifications. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Florida's comprehensive consumer privacy law, the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, currently applies only to very large businesses that meet specific revenue and data-processing thresholds; Provisioner and Boards does not meet those thresholds. As a matter of good practice, however, we are happy to work with you if you would like to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you;
• Request that we correct inaccurate information;
• Request that we delete personal information, subject to our recordkeeping and legal obligations; or
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us directly.

To make a request, please contact us using the information in Section 15. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Our services are directed to adults and business clients, and our website is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, such as social media pages, review platforms, or partner sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

If you sign up for our newsletter or provide your contact information for marketing purposes, we may send you updates about our consulting services, retail products, catering offerings, and promotions. You may opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or service-related messages, such as order confirmations.
